Questions before you book?
Straight answers on how scheduling and cleanouts work.
How do I book a cleanout with you?
Reach out by phone or email, tell us what needs clearing, and we'll confirm a time. We keep it simple and keep you updated from start to finish.
Do you really guarantee on-time arrival?
Yes. If we aren't at your property within your scheduled 2-hour window, you get 15% off your job on the spot. No fine print.
What does the Spotless Site Guarantee include?
We sweep the area and run a magnetic nail-sweep on your driveway after every job. If you find a single piece of debris left behind, we return within 24 hours to re-clean it free of charge.
Can you handle both small pickups and full estate cleanouts?
Yes. We do single-item pickups, garage and basement clears, and full residential or estate cleanouts. Tell us the scope and we'll handle the rest.
How quickly can you start on my property?
We aim for fast turnaround on quotes and scheduling. Contact us with your details and we'll work to get you on the calendar as soon as possible.
Do you serve commercial and contractor sites too?
We do. Realtors, property managers, and contractors use us for fast, reliable site clearing that keeps job sites and listings clean and ready.
